About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nurse to join our team as a Community Nurse. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and skilled nursing care to patients in their homes or in community-based settings.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with experience in working with patients with diverse needs. You will be required to work independently, making clinical decisions and prioritizing tasks to ensure timely delivery of care.

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including pension scheme, annual leave, and opportunities for professional development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in community settings
  • Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and implement interventions as needed
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
