About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Registered General Nurse or Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our care team at Paternoster House, a leading provider of nursing, residential, and respite care for older adults.
As a Clinical Nurse Leader, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, working autonomously and as part of a team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing the care team to ensure high standards of nursing and personal care
- Providing clinical leadership and guidance to colleagues
- Delivering, monitoring, and re-evaluating care needs in partnership with residents, families, and the wider team
- Liaising effectively with GPs, hospitals, and external agencies
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Post-registration experience as a Registered General Nurse or Registered Mental Health Nurse
- Current registration with the NMC
- Experience of or willingness to train in medication administration, catheterisation, end of life care, and other relevant skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
