**About the Position**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Adult Care Manager to join our team at Bupa Global.

As an Adult Care Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of care assistants in providing high-quality care to our residents. You will work closely with our nursing staff to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care and support.

The ideal candidate will have completed or be working towards an NVQ3 in care and have experience in running a unit. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a passion for delivering person-centered care.

**Key Responsibilities**

  1. Manage a team of care assistants in providing high-quality care to our residents
  2. Work closely with our nursing staff to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care and support
  3. Support with clinical duties, including observing, issuing medication, reviewing care plans, and accurate record-keeping
  4. Lead and manage a team of care assistants, including responsible for all shift handovers of the teams
  5. Help with training and supervision of new staff members so they feel welcomed and supported
  6. Build relationships with residents, their families, and external teams such as GPs and District Nurses

**Compensation and Benefits**
