Residential Care Worker

As an Adult Carer at Paternoster House, your primary focus will be on supporting the daily needs of our residents. This includes assisting with personal care, promoting independence, and creating a positive living environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Encourage residents to maintain their independence and engage in daily routines
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Maintain accurate records of resident care and progress
Requirements:
- Previous experience in care or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Compassion and empathy for residents' needs and concerns
