The Role
We are seeking an Enabling Support Worker to join our team. As a member of our team, you will provide support and encouragement to adults with physical and/or intellectual disabilities, including dementia, enabling them to live as independently as possible. You will work closely with the individual and their support plan to ensure that their needs are met, while maintaining accurate records and administering personal care and medication when required.
