Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team at Keyll House in Tadworth. In this challenging yet rewarding position, you will be responsible for advocating and providing person-centered care to residents with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with colleagues to develop personalized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident.
  2. Design and implement engaging recreational activities, such as outings, trips, and extended visits, to enhance the residents' quality of life.
  3. Participate in regular care planning reviews, ensuring that all aspects of the residents' well-being are met, including nutrition and hygiene standards.
  4. Work closely with the Registered Manager to streamline service delivery and maintain consistent communication within the team.
  5. Provide guidance and training to junior staff members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
  1. A Diploma Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  2. Significant experience in caring for young adults with disabilities, autism, and complex needs.
  3. Excellent written and oral communication skills, including proficiency in computer software.
