Adult Care Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adult Care Professional to join our team at Bupa Global. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents while driving high-quality, person-centred care.
As an Adult Care Professional, you will be responsible for daily unit operations, clinical duties, team management, training, and resident care. You will inspire and develop Care Assistants, help us make health happen by delivering exceptional care, and promote independence and choice for our residents.
Key responsibilities include:
- Running a unit and supporting clinical duties
- Driving and managing a team of Care Assistants
- Helping with training and supervision of new staff
- Building relationships with residents, families, and external teams
- Assisting with personal care duties
Requirements:
- Completed or working towards an NVQ3 in care
- Willingness to learn and develop clinical and social care skills
