About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Residential Support Worker to join our staff teams at Keyll House in Tadworth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for advocating and providing person-centered care, supporting our staff team to perform their duties effectively, and contributing positively to the personal development of our residents with practical and emotional support.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Contribute to care planning and participate in reviews, demonstrating knowledge regarding nutrition and hygiene.
  • Design, implement, and deliver innovative recreational events within the home and wider community.
  • Proactively participate in staff team support, including supervisions and training needs.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma Level 2 in Health & Social Care.
  • Experience providing care and support to young adults, ideally those with disabilities, autism, and complex needs.
  • Competent written and oral communication skills, including computer literacy.
