Job Description

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team in Cirencester.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with adults with physical and/or intellectual disabilities, including dementia, and provide support and encouragement to enable them to live as independently as possible.

You will be required to maintain accurate records while at work, administer personal care and medication as needed, and participate in sleep-in sessions. You may also have the opportunity to cover other shifts as part of your role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centred support and encouragement to individuals with disabilities.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required.

Requirements
