Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic leader to join our Residential Child Care Team as a Registered Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children who have faced adverse childhood experiences and trauma, and will be able to develop and implement care plans that meet their individual needs.

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Leading a team of Residential Child Care Workers
  • Developing and implementing care plans for children with adverse childhood experiences and trauma
  • Ensuring a stable and supportive environment for children to thrive
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic support
