We are seeking a Customer Experience Manager to join our team at the Institute of the Motor Industry. limited. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ownership throughout the customer's experience.

The successful candidate will have a full UK driving licence and be able to excel in a team-based environment. Relevant experience in a customer-facing role delivering excellent service is desirable.

We estimate that the salary for this position will be around £25,000-£30,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

About the Role:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ownership throughout the customer's experience.
  • Accurately maintain the service department loading system.
  • Manage handover and administration, explaining work carried out on vehicles.
  • Understand and adhere to manufacturer service requirements.

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Ability to excel in a team-based environment.
