About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Care Leader to join our team at Paternoster House. As a Care Leader, you will be responsible for leading a small team of carers to deliver outstanding care to our residents, while encouraging them to always do their best.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement care plans that give our residents a real sense of security, dignity, and independence.
  • Manage your time effectively to support your team and ensure the wellbeing of our residents.
  • Support the Home Manager in leading the care team and making decisions that benefit our residents.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

  • Previous experience of working in a residential care setting with a NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care.
  • Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to get along with others.
  • Ability to motivate others to deliver the best possible care to our residents at all times.
  • Confidence in taking charge and using your own initiative to resolve problems and deal with queries.
