About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Care Leader to join our team at Paternoster House. As a Care Leader, you will be responsible for leading a small team of carers to deliver outstanding care to our residents, while encouraging them to always do their best.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement care plans that give our residents a real sense of security, dignity, and independence.
  • Manage your time effectively to support your team and ensure the wellbeing of our residents.
  • Support the Home Manager in ensuring the smooth running of the care home.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and supportive team culture.

Requirements

  • Previous experience of working in a residential care setting.
  • NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to motivate and support others to deliver the best possible care.
