Key Responsibilities

- Manage the till and accurately handle cash, credit/debit card, and gift card transactions.
- Team Management
- Support and coach new colleagues to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Coordinate the workload of colleagues to ensure efficient store operations.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering customer enquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements
- Experience
- A minimum of 1 year's previous retail experience is essential, with managerial or supervisory roles being advantageous.
