Key Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence
- Oversee the smooth operation of the store, including merchandising, goods in, and warehouse operations.
- Ensure accurate handling of cash, credit/debit cards, and gift card transactions.
- Team Management
- Support and coach new colleagues to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Coordinate the workload of colleagues to ensure efficient store operations.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering customer enquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements
- Experience
- A minimum of 1 year's previous retail experience is essential, with managerial or supervisory roles being advantageous.
- Skills
- Passion for all things craft and a desire to inspire others.
- Ability to learn and share expertise of products to fit customer needs.
