Regional Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Account Manager to join our Equipment Leasing division at INTEGRO PARTNERS LTD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing effective business plans, and establishing strong relationships with internal staff and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the asset finance and leasing market
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key internal staff, including administration teams and members of the Executive Board
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance sales and cross-selling opportunities across the business
- Ensure all minimum standards are achieved for operational and credit criteria, and implement fraud prevention measures to minimize risk
- Ensure all lending and compliance processes are fulfilled
- Experience within a similar asset finance or leasing role
- Well-developed sales and networking skills, with a strong ability to focus on targets and objectives
- An assertive, confident, and professional manner, with a positive attitude and 'can-do' approach
- Demonstrable sales and business acquisition skills, with a clear ability to deliver targeted income growth from existing and new accounts
- Able to continually seek out and follow up prospective business opportunities through each level of activity
- Achieve Key Performance Indicators set by the Sales Director
