Regional Account Manager - Asset Finance

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Account Manager to join our Equipment Leasing division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing effective business plans, and increasing brand awareness in the market place.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth
  • Develop and implement effective business plans to achieve sales targets
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key internal staff and external partners
  • Ensure all lending and compliance processes are fulfilled
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and key performance indicators
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar Asset Finance/ Leasing role
  • Well-developed sales/networking and credit/finance skills
  • An assertive, confident and professional manner
  • Demonstrable sales and business acquisition skills
  • A clear ability to focus on targets and objectives and to perform well under pressure
