Regional Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Account Manager to join our Equipment Leasing division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing effective business plans, and increasing brand awareness in the market place.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth
- Develop and implement effective business plans to achieve sales targets
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key internal staff and external partners
- Ensure all lending and compliance processes are fulfilled
- Monitor and report on sales performance and key performance indicators
- Proven experience in a similar Asset Finance/ Leasing role
- Well-developed sales/networking and credit/finance skills
- An assertive, confident and professional manner
- Demonstrable sales and business acquisition skills
- A clear ability to focus on targets and objectives and to perform well under pressure
