Regional Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Account Manager to join our Equipment Leasing division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing effective business plans, and establishing strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including administration teams and members of the Executive Board
- Ensure all lending and compliance processes are fulfilled
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance sales and cross-selling opportunities
- Experience in a similar Asset Finance/Leasing role
- Well-developed sales/networking and credit/finance skills
- Assertive, confident, and professional manner
- Demonstrable sales and business acquisition skills
- Ability to focus on targets and objectives and perform well under pressure
