Regional Account Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Account Manager to join our Equipment Leasing division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing effective business plans, and establishing strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Develop and implement business plans to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including administration teams and members of the Executive Board
  • Ensure all lending and compliance processes are fulfilled
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance sales and cross-selling opportunities
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar Asset Finance/Leasing role
  • Well-developed sales/networking and credit/finance skills
  • Assertive, confident, and professional manner
  • Demonstrable sales and business acquisition skills
  • Ability to focus on targets and objectives and perform well under pressure
