WCS Group, the UK's leading Water Treatment Company, is seeking a skilled Regional Planning Specialist to play a crucial role in our operations based in Quedgeley. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating work for our field-based colleagues while maintaining excellent communications with our customers.

Your primary responsibility will be to efficiently schedule and book work for clients, managing field staff diaries, ensuring all necessary information is provided for each job, and coordinating the use of subcontractors as needed. You will also be responsible for monitoring planning KPIs and the revenue tracker, maintaining accurate records of all information related to jobs, and ordering parts required for each assignment.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in a similar planning or logistics role, knowledge of water treatment processes is an advantage, strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written, and a commercially driven mindset for effective decision-making.

As a Regional Planning Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, enjoy problem-solving, and be part of a team that values Respect, Accountability, Reliability, and Integrity. You will also be eligible for a salary up to £25,000 depending on experience, the opportunity to enter into Marlowe PLC Sharesave Scheme, and annual pay review process.
