We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Account Manager to join our Equipment Leasing division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing effective business plans, and establishing strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region
  • Develop and implement effective business plans to achieve sales targets
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including administration teams and members of the Executive Board
  • Ensure all minimum standards are achieved for operational and credit criteria
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance sales and cross-selling opportunities
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar Asset Finance/Leasing role
  • Well-developed sales/networking and credit/finance skills
  • An assertive, confident, and professional manner
  • Demonstrable sales and business acquisition skills
  • A clear ability to focus on targets and objectives and to perform well under pressure
