About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Manager to lead our therapeutic fostering service in the East Midlands region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a staff team to deliver high-quality services to children, families, and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a staff team to ensure the highest quality therapeutic fostering services are delivered.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and outcomes for children and families.
  • Build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including children, families, and community partners.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in child welfare and fostering.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A qualified social work degree and registration with the relevant professional body.
  • Significant experience in managing teams and delivering services in a child welfare or fostering context.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
