Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Client Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team at Sammons Recruitment Ltd. This role involves collaborating closely with our outsourcing division to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Role Details

Key Responsibilities
- Manage bank transactions, sales and purchase ledgers, expense claims, and all general ledger entries and journals.
- Develop and nurture robust relationships across a diverse client portfolio.
- Engage in active business partnering to facilitate informed reporting on risks and opportunities, as well as variance analysis of actuals and forecasts.
- Conduct ad hoc projects, which may include budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and training clients on their accounting systems.
- Assist in the tendering process for potential new clients and support the implementation phase for new engagements.
- Collaborate with tax, payroll, and other departments on client-related matters, identifying opportunities for cross-selling services.
- Mentor and empower junior team members through effective line management.

Essential Skills
- A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in the UK as a senior management accountant.
- Professional qualifications such as ACCA, ACA, or CIMA are preferred.
- Proficient IT skills, particularly in Xero and Excel.
