With over two decades of experience, FAI collaborates with global enterprises involved in livestock and aquaculture. Our goal is to foster positive transformations for animals, communities, and the environment. In this role, you will be integral to the FAI Insite consultancy team, focusing on cultivating and nurturing robust client partnerships while contributing to innovative food production strategies.

Work Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Remote Work: Primarily remote with occasional travel for client and team engagements

Key Responsibilities

As a Client Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the planning, execution, and assessment of key client accounts, including budget management and communication strategies.
  • Delivering consultancy services tailored to client needs, which may involve preparing technical documentation, participating in client meetings, and presenting findings.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, including the formulation and presentation of strategic project proposals.
Qualifications and Experience

Essential Criteria:

  • A degree in Sustainability, Agriculture, Aquaculture, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant industry experience within livestock supply chains, whether from direct involvement in farming or through roles in agriculture/aquaculture within retail or food sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in fostering client relationships and collaborating effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Proven project management skills, including experience in proposal development, project planning, budgeting, and monitoring.
  • Experience in business development.
  • Strong computer proficiency.
