Client Relationship Manager

Reports to Account Director

Locations: Various

Position Overview

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will assist in the daily operations of multiple accounts and engage in all phases, from proposal to execution.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management:

Client Engagement

Communicate through various channels; in-person meetings as necessary Consult with your supervisor regarding initial drafts of client communications, progress reports, and correspondence

Project Coordination

Review content and facilitate approvals Provide briefs to creative teams with necessary adjustments Assist in project initiatives Organize project kick-off meetings and client updates Participate in training sessions

Ownership and Initiative

With guidance, take charge of specific project components and ensure timely delivery Support fellow team members actively Proactively seek personal growth opportunities, attend workshops, and stay informed on industry news Complete required compliance training

Financial Oversight

Prepare financial documents, including invoices and estimates Track time spent on projects and maintain accurate records Understand project-related hours Request quotes from external vendors

Business Development

Conduct research to support new business initiatives Collaborate on cross-departmental projects

Team Collaboration

Mentor junior Account Executives Continuously look for ways to assist team members Foster relationships with Medical Writers to understand their roles and requirements Adhere to company processes and identify areas for improvement Coordinate with event management teams to ensure clarity on procedures

Technical Proficiency

Develop a comprehensive understanding of the relevant therapeutic areas associated with each account

Writing Skills

Create initial drafts of reports, updates, and daily correspondence Exhibit a keen attention to detail when reviewing documents Understand decision-making processes and maintain composure under pressure Demonstrate maturity and judgment to identify and address issues effectively.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (or equivalent experience) Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities; excellent time management skills Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Meticulous attention to detail Able to work independently and collaboratively Commitment to company values Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
