In this pivotal role within the FAI Insite consultancy team, you will cultivate and sustain robust client partnerships, ensuring their requirements are addressed while contributing to innovative food production strategies.

Work Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Remote Work: Primarily remote with occasional travel for client and team engagements

Key Responsibilities

As a Client Account Manager, your focus will be on delivering value to clients and promoting sustainability within animal supply chains. This includes:

  • Overseeing the planning, execution, and assessment of key client accounts, including budget management and communication strategies.
  • Providing expert consultancy services, which involve preparing technical documentation, attending client meetings, and delivering presentations.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to identify and develop new business opportunities, including crafting and presenting strategic project proposals.
Qualifications & Experience

Essential Criteria:

  • A degree in Sustainability, Agriculture, Aquaculture, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant industry experience within livestock supply chains, either from the farmed animal sector or within agriculture/aquaculture or technical teams in food businesses.
  • Demonstrated ability to build client relationships and work collaboratively with colleagues and partners to deliver client value.
  • Proven project management skills, including proposal writing, project planning, budgeting, and monitoring.
  • Experience in business development.
  • Strong computer proficiency.
