About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Senior Manager to join our Practice Intelligence Go-to-Market division at Law Business Research.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer relationships and deliver transformation projects to our entire client group.
  • Work with the technical project team to ensure feedback constantly improves our Access Management offering to customers and supports a scalable approach to project delivery.
  • Be a trusted product expert, engaging with customers on the topic of access management in a straightforward and memorable way.
  • Manage the delivery of client usage reporting and review metrics to understand the health of accounts.
  • Record and report ongoing project updates.
  • Work with the Customer Support team to ensure that the subscription is fulfilled as booked.
  • Proactively contribute ideas for new features, improvements, and strategies to enhance the customer experience and streamline internal processes.
Requirements
  • Experience managing projects to deadline and communicating project progress and risk.
  • An understanding of how to manage and motivate stakeholders in a project.
  • A solid teammate, able to work without supervision or collaborate as appropriate.
