We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team at SERV Recruitment. As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will play a key role in delivering customer outcomes to key clients across EMEA.

Our client is a global sports technology business that has become a true leader in their field. Their pioneering technology and product suite enables huge names across the sports industry to unlock new revenue opportunities across their business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the main relationship owner for key EMEA-based clients
  • Act as the go-to contact for all areas, from technical integration, product implementation, and on-boarding
  • Work closely with our account, product, and technical delivery teams
  • Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive growth and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of background in Customer Success/Account Management/equivalent role
  • Prior experience in onboarding/project management/training
  • Genuine passion for the sports industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
