Our client is a global sports technology business that has become a true leader in their field. Their pioneering technology and product suite enables huge names across the sports industry to unlock new revenue opportunities across their business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the main relationship owner for key EMEA-based clients
- Act as the go-to contact for all areas, from technical integration, product implementation, and on-boarding
- Work closely with our account, product, and technical delivery teams
- Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive growth and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- 3+ years of background in Customer Success/Account Management/equivalent role
- Prior experience in onboarding/project management/training
- Genuine passion for the sports industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
