About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Executive to join our team at HiBob. As a key member of our Customer Success Management group, you will be responsible for driving customer retention and satisfaction through strategic relationship building and customer value optimization.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in customer-facing roles, with a strong understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycle management. You will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build relationships at all levels of an organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize and scale the Customer Success Management team to drive customer retention and satisfaction
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to build strong relationships with key customers and drive customer value
  • Collaborate with Account Management leadership to partner on retention and expansion initiatives
  • Work closely with the global CS service and ops leaders to achieve company business objectives
  • Manage and own CS KPIs (satisfaction, product adoption, retention & expansion)
  • Strategize the CS geo expansion to meet our clients where they are
  • Manage CS merger process as part of M&As
