Senior Customer Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Marketing Manager to join our team at Lawton Senior Living. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for leading our customer marketing efforts to drive engagement, advocacy, and loyalty among our residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Customer Marketing Strategies: Create and implement customer marketing plans that align with our business objectives and drive resident engagement and advocacy.
- Build and Manage Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with our residents, their families, and our internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Manage Customer Reference Programs: Develop and execute customer reference programs that showcase our residents' experiences and successes, highlighting the value of our senior living community.
- Measure and Analyze Results: Track and analyze the effectiveness of our customer marketing efforts, providing insights and recommendations to improve future initiatives.
- 7+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in customer marketing, with a strong track record of developing and executing successful customer marketing strategies.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with residents, families, and internal stakeholders.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of the senior living industry and the ability to develop marketing strategies that align with our business objectives.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, including sales, operations, and resident services, to ensure seamless communication and execution of customer marketing initiatives.
