Senior Customer Marketing Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Marketing Manager to lead our reference management efforts for EMEA customers. As a key member of our Corporate Marketing team, you will report to the Sr. Director of Customer Marketing and be responsible for creating relationships with account teams and our most strategic customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, secure, and manage EMEA customer reference accounts to amplify customer stories and drive advocacy.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer stories and Databricks' technology to effectively manage and track customer reference status, preferences, activities, and measurable impact.
- Align with corporate, EMEA, and internal account teams to become a strategic resource, showcasing how customer advocacy can deepen and broaden relationships with accounts.
- Work with corporate and EMEA marketing to weave EMEA customer stories into every facet of marketing, including product launches, presentations, events, media, and campaigns.
- Recruit advocates, build strategic relationships, and grow engagement by aligning Databricks reference activities with customer interests and priorities.
- Deliver customer references that meet all stakeholder requirements, ensuring effective management and tracking of customer reference status, preferences, activities, and measurable impact.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in customer marketing or reference-related roles.
- Passionate about building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Focused on amplifying customer stories across platforms.
- Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of building and managing customer reference programs, including pipeline management, strategic planning, and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
