About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Marketing Talent, a leading marketing recruitment agency. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing campaigns across various digital channels to drive demand, capture demand, nurture leads, and grow our existing audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns across email, social media, and organic & paid channels to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Collaborate with our Product Marketing team to iterate and improve marketing programs across the customer lifecycle.
  • Deliver in-depth analysis on campaign performance, focusing on ROI, revenue, and attribution, and use insights to inform future campaign plans.
  • Work closely with our Head of Lifecycle Marketing to develop and maintain monthly reporting to track key marketing KPIs and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with our Product Marketing Manager and Editorial team to identify content that will help nurture and engage our target audience.
  • Work with our Head of Lifecycle Marketing and Product Marketing Manager to understand business priorities and identify opportunities to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with our Marketing Technology team to create automated programs that nurture, onboard, and engage our audience.
  • Develop and optimize key campaign landing pages to improve conversion rates and drive revenue growth.
  • Present program results and learnings to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns and programs to increase effectiveness, reduce costs, and drive high-intent pipeline growth.
  • Deliver highly optimized assets, including regular AB testing, adherence to good design principles, brand guidelines, and effective imagery and copy.
  • Act as a senior member of our Lifecycle Marketing team by sharing knowledge, leading by example, and mentoring junior team members.
  • Innovate and test new marketing channels, championing new ways of thinking and driving business growth.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager who is passionate about driving business growth through effective marketing campaigns. You will have a strong background in B2B marketing, with experience in demand generation, lead generation strategies, and lead nurturing. You will also have a good understanding of customer data analytics, SEO principles, and campaign management systems.

You will be a strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also be able to think creatively and develop innovative marketing solutions to drive business growth.
