Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a Lighting Solutions Sales Specialist to enhance our sales team. This role involves establishing and nurturing relationships with clients to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and expand existing client accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Assist sales personnel in formulating, customizing, and presenting technical lighting solutions to clients who may require guidance.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities within the CRM system to facilitate the sales process and track opportunities through the sales pipeline.

Qualifications:
It is crucial to have established connections within the electrical contracting sector.

  • A robust network and customer base within the lighting industry.
  • Proven skills in sales, business development, and project management.
  • Experience in creating basic lighting designs using software such as Relux or Dialux is a plus.

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is £40,000-£70,000, depending on experience, complemented by a competitive bonus structure that can add 25-40% to the base salary upon achieving targets. Additional benefits include a company car or allowance, along with a phone and laptop.
