Business Development and Logistics Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Business Development and Logistics Specialist. This role is ideal for a proactive professional eager to grasp the intricacies of our lighting solutions and contribute to the growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate quotes for our premium LED lighting solutions.
  • Oversee the entire order process, from customer requests to order acceptance, ensuring seamless communication and top-notch customer service.
  • Input new customer data into our system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Manage quotations in our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, processing sales orders and purchase orders with precision and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients regarding order status and delivery updates, providing transparent and reliable information.
  • Keep customer information up to date in our system, ensuring accurate records and efficient order processing.
  • Analyze sales and purchase orders to ensure accuracy and prevent delays, contributing to the growth and success of our company.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Degree in business studies, sales and operations, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in order processing or administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in ERP and project management software a plus.
