Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales and Operations Coordinator to join our team at Harmonic Finance™ | Certified B Corp. As a Sales and Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our luxury interior design studio.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales and administration professional to join a growing business and develop their skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment. As a Sales and Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing quotations and order processing, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
  • Provide expert advice on our collections to clients and ensure they have a seamless experience in our studio.
  • Order Management
  • Prepare and manage quotations, process orders, and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Studio Management
  • Ensure the studio is always in excellent condition, manage the sampling process for clients, and host showroom visitors.
  • Business Development
  • Support the business development team with various initiatives and contribute to the growth of our business.

Requirements

  • Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales and administration within the interior design or luxury goods industry.
  • Skills
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to work.
  • Culture Fit
  • A passion for the interior design industry and a team-oriented mindset.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 + 20% commission, a dynamic and collaborative work environment, and opportunities for career growth and development.

Location

Our studio is located in London, and we are looking for someone who is based in the area and able to work on-site.
