Sales Operations Coordinator

Location: Hybrid - 3 days in the office, 2 days remote

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the onboarding of new clients into the system and maintain accurate records for existing accounts.
- Serve as a key representative for the CRM, ensuring it is consistently updated and utilized effectively.
- Oversee routine administrative tasks, including the procurement of office supplies.
- Coordinate all administrative activities for the sales team to enhance productivity.
- Assist sales colleagues in managing their target lists and tracking progress.
- Conduct data cleansing as required to maintain data integrity.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a sales environment.
- Ability to commute to the office as required.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
