About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team at INEOS. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes, including reconciliation and payment of sales margins, commissions, and bonuses to our retailer network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile and process sales margins, commissions, and bonuses for our retailer network
  • Support budget tracking and reporting for our Cost of Retail programme
  • Liaise with local authorities to ensure efficient vehicle registration systems and timely updates
  • Support operational processes, including invoicing for retail partners and end customers
  • Manage master data in SAP for the sales team, including updating sales margins and bonuses
  • Produce and publish bulletins and communications to the retailer network for the sales team

Requirements:

  • Experience supporting a busy sales team, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Strong administration skills and attention to detail
  • Previous experience with SAP is desired
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
