Position Overview

Sales Operations Coordinator

Are you proficient in data management and analysis?

MacGregor Black is collaborating with a Leading Premium Health and Beauty Company to find a Sales Operations Coordinator. This role is a permanent remote position.

As the Sales Operations Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the introduction of new products into the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate comprehensive weekly sales reports, evaluating retail sales data and performance metrics for various national accounts.
  • Offer system-based assistance for several key clients, ensuring accurate data entry and record-keeping.
  • Execute administrative duties such as product line configurations to aid in the rollout of new offerings.
  • Work closely with the Sales Director to compile reports and create presentations.

Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated experience in data analysis
  • Meticulous attention to detail, maintaining high accuracy under pressure
  • Strong organizational and planning capabilities
