Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrated experience working with children with special educational needs.
  • A comprehensive understanding of SEN strategies and best practices.
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine enthusiasm for teaching and supporting SEN students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and delivering tailored lessons that meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Developing and executing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Creating a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
  • Collaborating with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes for students.
  • Monitoring and evaluating student progress, providing regular updates and reports.
