Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure and Networks Specialist to join our team at Michael Page (UK). As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for delivering support, projects, and strategic work in accordance with IT governance in place and with the right level of quality.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Work autonomously to successfully deliver support, projects, and strategic work in accordance with IT governance in place and with the right level of quality.
  2. Provide ITIL-type IT support, including incident management and change control.
  3. Produce high-quality documentation, including Visio's/schematics.
  4. Use scripting or programming to automate routine tasks or mine information for reporting or implementing change.
  5. Work at scale, deploying software or services to large numbers of users, which must be as automated as possible and performed with the utmost quality.
