About the Role
As a Digital Sales Advisor, you will be the face of our brand, working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. You will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that customers have a positive experience in our stores.
- Sales support and promoting our products and services to customers.
- Building relationships with customers and understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions.
- Working collaboratively with the retail team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
