About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our UK office in Sutton Coldfield. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Order processing and logistics planning using SAP
- Handling customer inquiries via phone and email
- Maintaining customer and master data for national and international partners
- Processing customer complaints and credit notes
- Providing support to our UK sales team and central functions
