Job Title: Customer Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Advisor to join our Book Operations team at NielsenIQ. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of data and products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality customer service to clients, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the commercial team, publishers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of data and products.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to resolve system issues and ensure data accuracy.
  • Contribute to the development of new processes and procedures to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality service.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues.
