Senior National Account Executive

In the UK, we have established a strong presence in both the juice and wine sectors, supplying high-quality beverages to major retailers and the convenience market. As we continue to expand, we are looking to appoint a National Account Manager to join our commercial team.
Role Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the UK Business Director, you will be instrumental in enhancing our presence in the Retail and Convenience sectors. As a National Account Manager, your primary focus will be on driving sales and nurturing robust relationships with key customers. You will oversee both branded and private label product lines within the juice and wine categories.
Key Duties:
- Account Management: Develop and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders at major retail and convenience outlets, acting as the main point of contact for all account-related inquiries.
- Sales Enhancement: Propel sales growth by identifying new business prospects, negotiating agreements, and executing effective promotional initiatives.
- Product Innovation: Collaborate with internal teams to create innovative product ideas and packaging solutions that cater to the changing demands of our clients.
- Market Analysis and Planning: Keep track of market trends and competitor activities to inform sales forecasts and devise strategic plans to meet sales objectives. Ensure a high level of service by maintaining updated reports and effective communication with clients.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment on key business goals and flawless execution.
- Regulatory Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and company policies, while providing regular updates on sales performance to senior management.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess several years of experience in the FMCG sector, specifically within either an Own Label or Branded FMCG (Food or Drink) organization, with a focus on National Account Management in one of the following areas:
- Grocery/Retail Convenience
