They are currently in search of a driven National Account Executive (NAE) to become part of their thriving team. This position is set to evolve into a National Account Manager role within a short timeframe, aligning with the company's ambitious growth strategy.

The National Account Executive will be instrumental within the Commercial Team, collaborating closely with the Senior Commercial Manager to foster profitable growth across both existing products and new ventures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the promotional initiatives, encompassing revenue management, trade expenditure, and promotional activation specifics, including timelines, mechanics, and projected sales volumes.
  • Enhance and refine customer Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and investment strategies with a performance-based approach.
  • Work alongside the Marketing teams to implement top-tier category strategies and activations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of necessary customer administration with the Sales Admin Team (Samples, New Line Forms, Artwork, Purchase Orders).
  • Conduct thorough pre and post-evaluation of promotions (including commentary and proof of execution) and optimize strategies in collaboration with the Commercial Manager throughout the year to maximize ROI.

Candidate Profile:

  • Possess strong analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven results. Experienced in establishing and assessing KPIs, utilizing insights to guide future strategies.
  • A collaborative team player, capable of engaging with the broader Commercial/Supply team and extended stakeholders to execute plans seamlessly.
  • Bring a positive energy and a proactive mindset, thriving in the fast-paced atmosphere of a growing business.
  • Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft applications.
  • Demonstrate a solid grasp of commercial and financial contexts.
  • Adept at meticulous planning, capable of managing and executing complex integrated projects.
  • Exhibit a natural curiosity, taking initiative to address challenges and find solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the FMCG sector.
  • Background in forecasting, sales, and negotiation.
  • Familiarity with Retailer sales platforms.
  • Experience in the health and beauty industry.
