In the UK, we have solidified our position as a leading entity in both the Juices and Wine sectors, supplying premium beverages to major retailers and the convenience market nationwide. To support our continued expansion, we are looking to appoint a National Account Manager within our commercial division.

Role Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the UK Business Director, you will be engaged in both the Retail and Convenience sectors. As a National Account Manager, your primary focus will be on driving sales and nurturing robust relationships with key customers. You will oversee both branded and private label product lines within the juice and wine segments.

Key Duties:

  • Account Management: Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders at major retail and convenience outlets, acting as the main contact for all account-related inquiries.
  • Sales Development: Propel sales growth by pinpointing new business opportunities, negotiating agreements, and executing effective promotional initiatives.
  • Product Innovation: Collaborate with internal teams to create innovative product ideas and packaging solutions that align with customer needs.
  • Market Analysis and Planning: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to guide sales forecasts and develop strategic plans to meet sales objectives. Maintain a high level of service, ensuring reports are current and communication with clients is effective.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with various teams including marketing, operations, and finance to ensure alignment on key business goals and operational excellence.
  • Regulatory Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and company policies, while providing regular updates on sales performance to senior management.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess several years of experience in the FMCG sector, specifically within either an Own Label or Branded FMCG (Food or Drink) environment, with National Account Management experience in one of the following areas:

  • Grocery/Retail Convenience
