Job Opportunity

Parkinson Lee Executive Search is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Managing Director to lead our client's facilities management and service solutions sector.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact for major accounts.
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Monitor industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Managing Director or similar executive leadership role within an industrial industry.
  • Strong business acumen with a track record of driving growth and achieving financial targets, including full P&L management responsibility.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field; MBA or equivalent highly desired.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
  • Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
