In the UK, we have positioned ourselves as a top contender in both the Juices and Wine sectors, supplying high-quality beverages to major retailers and the convenience market nationwide. To support our continued expansion, we are looking to recruit a National Account Manager to join our commercial team.

Role Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the UK Business Director, you will be engaged in developing your skills across the Retail and Convenience sectors. As a National Account Manager, your primary focus will be on driving sales and nurturing robust relationships with key customers. You will oversee both branded and private label product lines within the juice and wine categories.

Key Duties:

  • Account Management: Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders at major retail and convenience outlets, acting as the main contact for all account-related inquiries.
  • Sales Enhancement: Propel sales growth by pinpointing new business opportunities, negotiating agreements, and executing effective promotional initiatives.
  • Product Innovation: Collaborate with internal teams to create innovative product ideas and packaging solutions that align with customer needs.
  • Market Analysis and Planning: Track market trends and competitor activities to inform sales forecasts and devise strategic plans for achieving sales objectives. Maintain high service levels and ensure timely communication with clients.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with various teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment on business goals and flawless execution.
  • Regulatory Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and company policies while providing regular updates on sales performance to senior management.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess several years of experience in the FMCG sector, either in Own Label or Branded products, with a focus on National Account Management within one of the following channels:

  • Grocery/Retail Convenience
