Key Responsibilities

As a Client Host at Hermès, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer journey. Your primary objective is to provide exceptional service, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our discerning clients.

Key Areas of Focus

  • Greet clients with a warm welcome, setting the tone for a positive interaction.
  • Engage with clients on the floor, introducing them to relevant team members and facilitating a smooth shopping experience.
  • Plan appointments and coordinate the day's agenda, ensuring a personalized and efficient experience for clients.
  • Support the sales and service team by ensuring they take breaks at the right time and providing additional support when needed.
  • Communicate with team members via email when necessary, alerting them to important client information.

Support in Leather Department

  • Welcome clients and provide reassurance, answering their initial questions and addressing their needs.
  • Manage waiting times effectively, ensuring clients feel valued and respected.
  • Offer a seat, prepare and serve refreshments, and hand over clients to the sales and service team when necessary.

Concierge Services

  • Stay informed about local events and attractions, sharing recommendations with clients and team members.
  • Foster relationships with concierge personnel at neighboring key hotels, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Ensure all elements of service are available in-store and proposed to clients, including umbrellas and refreshments.

Feedback and Standards

  • Identify areas for improvement and share ideas with the team.
  • Share best practices and inform management about potential customer complaints.
  • Contribute to maintaining excellent standards in-store at all times, working closely with the sales and service team.
