As a Visitor Experience Officer at the National Trust, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our visitors. You will work closely with the Programming & Partnerships Manager and other teams to develop and deliver seasonal programming, ensuring that our visitors have a welcoming and inclusive experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver events and activities that link the visitor experience to the story of the property
  • Lead on the Visitor Journey Framework, working with other teams to ensure a seamless experience for visitors
  • Use data and feedback to inform and improve the visitor experience
  • Collaborate with other teams to deliver a high-quality and consistent programme of experiences
Requirements
  • Experience in creating innovative and inclusive activities for various audiences
  • Ability to measure and assess results, learning from data and producing meaningful feedback
  • Experience in producing interpretive materials, such as displays and exhibitions, and marketing or promotional materials
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines
