About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Service Assistant to join our team at NTW Solutions Limited. As a Service Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of our hospital facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for patients, visitors, and staff.

Main Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain offices, public areas, and service user areas to the highest standards.
  • Undertake routine duties with minimal supervision, demonstrating a proactive and responsible approach.
  • Assist in basic food preparation and cleaning duties within designated kitchen/dining room areas.

Essential

  • Ability to meet the mobility requirements of the post.

  • No formal qualifications are required, but basic levels of literacy and numeracy are essential for following safety notices and working with cleaning products.
  • Training will be provided around Food Hygiene and Cleanliness.
